Jetta is the 3-4 year old mini I rescued back in August. She is blind, but does have some sight in her right eye. She also has a deformed pastern bone that causes her to walk on the side of her hoof. SHe cannot chew hay for some reason. Had her teeth checked and she has had them done recently. We have her on bagged alfalfa hay and Senior feed thats easy to chew. She is a big lovebug. Here are some recent pictures of her. You can also see before pics below. From her measurments and equation I used online for weight she only weighs approx 100 lbs! She is doing well! Anyone also have any ideas on her color? I would assume a dark or mahogany bay but she does not have black points. She also has some mealy/bay color on her face. Otherwise I would consider her black without that.

Oh, she looks so much better already! She has a shine and sleekness to her that she didn't have in the earlier pictures. She looks like a big sweetie.....

I am not great with color either but wondering if she could be smokey silver black....

Bless both your hearts and thanks for sharing. Mary
