Need an I.D on a bird

I have done searches ( whatbird etc) and cannot find him. Wish I had a pic, but he wouldnt wait long enough LOL. He is black with a yellow head, top is slightly darker. Eyes are black with heavy lining. Beak is all-purpose. At rest he has a very slight white barr on his wings. And he is barely larger than a red winged black bird. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

OMgosh, thats it!! No wonder he never came up in my bird lists, he isnt supposed to be down here. How did you find it on google, what search description did you use? THANKS!!!!

I think I put in "black with yellow head" +bird

and that was what came up....
