I am collecting data to accompany my measurement proposal to measure at the withers. I need to be able to give information on the difference between the wither measurement and the last hair of the mane measurement.

Heather, I do have to apologize for my statement that your proposals were not discussed at the June meeting. They were in the show rules meeting, one I did not attend (and I did state they were not discussed in Rules and Regs or Ammy, or computer or board meetings which is true) I was going through my old notes and they were killed in the show rules committee. I would suggest asking the show rules chair for comments on why the decision was made to kill them in committee so you have a jump on your next proposal.
