Eye wash

What eye wash is safe for minis? I understand that one human eye wash is not for use in horses.

Go to your gocery store or retail store.

Look in the eye care department..

I personally buy the larger bottles of saline eye wash - think contacts, but without the fancy stuff-.

They DO have 'horse' eye wash.. it's the same thing.. but more pricey.

So, this would be the same as contact lens solution?

If my guys' eyes get runny, etc., I use a horse product called "Clear Eyes" by Farnham. It's an eye wash.

Saline solution is safe to use on horses...just but the cheap brand. I would not use any solution for contact lenses, as it has chemicals the horses do not need.

I use Boric Acid diluted with boiled water. Available over the counter at most drug stores.
