Anyone else watch the Country Music Awards Tonight

Trace's performance of "Till the Last Shot's Fired" along with the West Point Choir nearly tore the hearts from our chests. Like the young, wounded marine who introduced the song said - "You don't have to honor the war, but honor the warrior". How well put. This song is awesome and the performance was both uplifting and soul searching. I am still in tears.

As soon as I saw the soldier I lost it...I didn't have to hear the song..I would of liked to hear the choir more and Trace Adkins less.

We did, and I was very touched by the soldier, Trace Adkins and the chori. I also enjoyed the song "Shutting Detroit Down"...he sure hit home when he sang that one.
