AMHR photo requirements

I haven't looked at the info (bad me!) but is AMHR requiring photos on new registrations and transfers starting in Jan or is it new registrations only??

As of Jan. 1st I believe its on all new registrations and transfers.

I think Jamie is right.

Also, the way I read it, they require 4 shots, one from the left and one from the right, both need to show all four feet (so feet offset not square) and I think that in at least one, the horse's head needs to be turned toward the camera. One head on to show the front of the horse including any facial markings (so tuck forelock back) and then a good old butt shot (tail to feet).!

Different than AMHA, so just posting this in case it is helpful.

Does anyone know if we can have photo's placed on an already registered horse's paper?

Yes, you can. There's a fee to have that done but I do not know what the fee is.
