AMHR Blinders Required?

When showing at an AMHR show, are blinders required in obstacle driving class? If so, where EXACTLY did you find that in the rulebook? On what page?

Dont show? That’s ok too, help me out and look in the rulebook to see what you think.

c) AMHR – Driving obstacle horses shall be shown in a suitable two-wheeled cart with basket.

If you aren't sure you can call the office in the morning and they will get you a definite answer. I had an issue last year and they did the research for me.
