Here he is. He'll be known around here as "Timmy".
I'm not sure of a registration name yet though. He
is everything I could have wanted which is alive and
healthy.
He is already so bad! . He rears and bucks and he
romps and plays. I love it!
He's going to be a handful. Holly is the perfect mommy.
She loves her baby so much. She can't stop kissing
him and hikes her leg up to be sure he nurses. She
was gross, muddy from yestarday's rolling and
after birth yuk, so I did give her a nice quick bath today.
She felt a lot better. Atleast I did!
I have had mother and baby out three times in a little
paddock so far today.
Not letting them out of my sight, so I am sorry I am
missing some of your phone calls! Please call me back
now that someone else is home to babysit! I don't have
free minutes, rats.
Jerry even came home early and right now he has them
out. Oh, he is soooo proud. He really came through for
me too in helping to deliver the baby. I was using all
sorts of terms and he was impressed! He asked where
I learned all this stuff from and I told him from my forum
friends. We couldn't have done this ourselves without your
help so thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart
for your knowledge and your carring and your support.
I did have the vet out today just to check mother and baby
just to be sure things are ok. She did a Igg test and said
we are very good and also a CBC. She did an enema and
checked the placenta with me. EWWW. But I'll get over that.
OK enough BS.....on with a few pics!
Here is Jerry last night immediately after delivery. This
is a man that says two words a year and never smiles.
I think he is a gonner, don't you?
