Trainer in middle TN

I have a 3 year old gelding that needs to be trained to drive. I have only lived in TN for a year and don't know of any trainers here. I would prefer someone in Middle TN. I have been told to train him myself but I want him to get started right. I drive my 2 other geldings , one was trained when we got him, the other we sent out to be trained while living in NY. Can anyone recommend a good local trainer? I am looking for a trainer with patience and kindness not one that uses brute force.
