The past two yrs I have been showing in AMHR and still plan on showing in them this yr but have decided to go to some AMHA shows to see how my horses do there. To be able to go to Regional Championship shows do you have to go to a certian number of AMHA shows to qualify for them? I found how to qualify for Wolds but didn't see anything about nationals. Are AMHA shows more expensive them AMHR shows?

Thinking of showing these three mares in AMHA, along with the AMHR shows

I believe you had to show at at least one AMHA show prior to going to the AMHA Championship shows.

IMO it's more expensive typically to show AMHA.

To show at AMHR Nationals, you must show under 4 different judges at a minimum of 2 shows. So it could be 2 judges at 2 shows, or 1 and 3, etc. You don't have to show in the classes that you are planning on show in at Nationals.
