They aren't selling, and that isn't just minis, it's horses. Goodness, once people get their property taxes paid they can't afford to feed their horses. Property taxes are going up next year around here too. It's just the reality, it gives one a headache.

Prices are not to bad where I live. I actually just sold a 2012 filly on friday, she will be a month old tommorow. I got $2000 for her. Mind you she is gorgeous and a pintaloosa with well known breeding. The lady drove over 3 hours to come see her and spent about 15 minutes looking her over, bite, etc. Though I do have other foals that are much less expensive.
