Please meet our newest baby born Friday. No registered name yet...his barn name is Rusty

He is out of Kateland's Expresso(bay pinto)

and Kays MLF Alfa High Hopes(chestnut pinto)

We were certainly surprised to get a solid colored foal.....but that's okay, we just love this little guy

He couldn't have sweeter parents !!

I can finally sleep all night now...so nice!

I watched Holly like a hawk (on camera at night) , and probably a good thing, because the bag was super tough. I had to rip it open. Never had one that was this thick.

I forgot to ask about his color...I presume he is sorrel. Am I right??

Targetsmom, your Rusty is a cutie-pie!! I remember him now! My hubby named this one and it fit perfectly. We have never had one this color, although it is hard to believe seeing that our stallion is chestnut, but then again chestnut is recessive. (See,I am learning)
