Just wondering.........

Does LB Auction etiquette differ from "public" -OR- "internet/E-Bay" auctions?

Is it okay to ask a seller "what is your reserve price"?

If you're a seller, and the question makes you uncomfortable..... how do you respond?

As a seller, if someone asks, I generally tell. If I don't want to tell, then I would probably say that I'd rather not disclose it.

No problem to me if someone asks. And sometimes, though I have a reserve, I may well close the auction if the horse/item gets close to it's reserve.

And I wanted to add, never be afraid to bid. You just never know!!
