Is there a stallion report due for AMHR?

I've got AMHA taken care of but I can't find any forms for one for AMHR and I know I ask this every year it seems...I will make myself a note of it this time I promise!

Forms for AMHR are on line for stallion reports and breeders certificates. The stallion reports are due before Jan 15th without paying additional fee's
