Info on farm prefix LBFS ...

I have a 3 year old mare who's sire is LBFS Renegade. I purchased this mare as a weanling from a dear friend but ... the stallion was leased that prior breeding year and she bred a few of her mares to him. I have one of the resulting breedings. I'd like to know about this stallion or the farm or what the initials stand for? Anyone have any info? All I remember being told was that he was a black pinto driving stallion and he belonged to a friend of hers at that time.

The little filly outgrew her "A" papers and is a beautiful leggy brown bay, almost 37". Her dam has been retired and I believe my mare was her last foal. Any pics of this LBFS Renegade out there?

Unfortunately, I do not know anything about LBFS Renegade, but I can tell you that the LBFS prefix stands for Locustbrook Farms which is owned by James or Sherri Wright in Walton, Kentucky (not too far from the Kentucky/Ohio line near the I-75 corridor). I own LBFS Tender Lover (horrible name, I know), a 2006 uniquely marked black and white pinto son of Alliance Tender Miracle (sired by Love Me Tender), as well as a yet to be named 2008 LBFS bred gelding out of a Liberty Farm Miniature Horses bred mare. Mr. Wright is a very nice man and enjoys talking about his horses. I also know the breeder of your horse, Bruce Goff. Mr. Goff is another very nice man that is very passionate about Miniature Horses; he has quite a herd of horses and regularly holds a rather large Miniature Horse sale.
