[SIZE=14pt]I have 12 minis here at my house on a dry lot. Where they are kept 8 months of the year, there is 5 acres seperated into 3 lots. Stud pen is in the middle with a bigger pasture in the back. I rotate during the spring -summer. Fall I let them have both front and back fields. When I have to start feeding hay and grain I move them to my house for easier acsess. End of this month they will go back over to the 5 after is grows some. 10 is a more comfortable amount for me to have , but the 12 do fine on the 5 acres. I also have 10 pygmys, but they have free range on 40 acres here where I rent. When there are no cattle the land lord lets me turn them out on the 40.[/SIZE]
