Charmer's Lil Buddy is a 7-year-old miniature horse residing in Cheboygan, Michigan.
Owners, Carl and Maxine, are retired and got Buddy in May of this year. "Buddy rides, drives, and steals your heart! He's calm, sweet, and is quite a character!" say Carl and Maxine.
