My filly is three weeks old now. She is my first baby, so I'm not sure about feeding. The first couple weeks she was constantly by mama nursing, now she just goes up every once in awhile to nurse, but eats a bit of grain and grass and hay. Is that what they do? I just thought she would be nursing a lot more still. She seems very healthy and is growing like a weed.

Yes, by that age that is what they do, she still needs mom and the milk bar, but she's ready for a little creep feed of her own, some age appropriate growth or foal feed would be good. Or, depending on what mom eats, that might be fine, too.
