black screen and ignorance

I have tried and tried - someone tell me what am I doing wrong - clik on live cam - it counts down and then just black screen ( I do sign in) I have windows media 11 downloaded I teach myself on this computer - that might be my trouble what do I need to do it's 11:30 AM central time so should be working. HELP

We have 9 horses out there - some client horses one went 7th this AM - didn't see as was giving myself computer test - got nowhere thanks for reply is my windows 11 alright to use Trudy
