AMHR Stallion Report Question

I know there were some changes last year on the age of a stallion that can breed a mare.

Can a foal be registered that is by a 2 year old stallion? The stallion was 2 when he bred the mare so can the foal be registered if the stallion is 3 years old & pernment this year?

This isn't my horse, I'm asking for a friend

Yes.........From what you described, I don't think your friend has a problem at all.
