Youth program

Blue Water Miniature Horse Club is starting a youth program and it was suggested at the meeting for the kids to earn merdit badges like the boy and girl scouts. They could earn them for showing their horse , cleaning barn, grooming etc.. They also can earn them for reading about horses, doing a report and getting good grades in school. I having a hard time locating a company or person that does badges at a reasonable price. Does anyone know of a comapny or person that we can get in touch with for prices. Thanks.
