What is the AMHR Rule?

What is the rule with AMHR regarding the registration of a foal from a mare that is less than 3 years old?

I think that I have heard that they would not register the foal if the mare has not reached her 3rd birthday. I would like to know for sure if this is true.

AMHA has no set age.

It is my understanding after a rule change and then a change back to the way it was..

That no mare or stallion can be bred before Jan 1 of there 2nd year for the foal to be eligable it has nothing to do with the 3 yr old or perm reg anymore again that is my understanding of what I read in the Journal anyway
