Alright, all you folks more gifted in the kitchen than I am (this is honestly any-and-every one reading!).

What are some things I can do with chicken legs that does not involve the outside grill?

I have an oven, stove, crock pots, and a huge Foreman Grill ... and I love "yard bird"!!!

I cover chicken parts with honey mustard then roll in a mixture of Panco bread crumbs and parmasean cheese. The bake on 350 until done, about 30 minutes. Serve with a salad or steamed veggies.

Karen's sounds good!

Or you can get a pot of hot oil. Dip the chicken in milk and roll in flour. When oil is hot (test by putting a pinch of flour in and if it bubbles well it's ready. If it explodes to the top the oil is too hot)

then put the legs in. Let get nicely brown and put in a bowl full of paper towels.

You can put paprika and/or garlic in the flour before you coat the legs.

When you are tired and can't even think about cooking....

put 'em in a baking pan, pour your favorite bbq sauce over them and bake for about 30 minutes.

Easy-peasy.
