We lost our only '08 foal today

I'm so sorry for your loss! She's a beauty, even if she was possibly a dwarf. (((Hugs))) to you & your family!

It never gets easier. My most devastating year was in '06 when I lost 2 of my first foals for that year (I know others have lost some, some way more than others). All we can do is try our best to be there for the mares & hope for the best too. Hopefully next year (if you breed again) all will go well!!
