Too Much Spam

For the past three weeks, I've been getting a minimum of 40+ SPAMS PER DAY!

I use Outlook Express as our browser, then tried Modzilla ..... no luck.

Now, friends ask why their e-mails are being returned (undeliverable)

Anyone experiencing the same? If not, what internet server do you use?
