    I am.Rejoining the gym on Monday.Got ok clearance for doctor after knee replacement from Sept 17.Plan to go to gym 3 days weekly and other 2 days to the pool if life doesn't interfere with my plans.Getting back to healthier eating habits too.More salads and salmon.
