Show budget question?

If you were going to show at AMHA reginals and possibly Worlds, entering at least 2 classes per show. How much would you budget for the shows for travel, show fees, classes etc.

I would look at the show bill for the class fees and show fees, I include a tack stall.

For travel, depending on what you are pulling - I google the miles between my farm and the site and X's by 2 and then divide by 10 (miles per gallon) and then X's by national average of fuel per gallon.

I also add in what it would be to camp or motel it. And average a day's worth of meals.

If you have incidentals - then I would add something to the budget for that.
