Question on DNA Testing

Hi. This is the first time I am doing DNA testing for AMHA and am unsure on what to do with the papers they sent me. One paper says to send back to AMHA - is this after I get the results or when I send the other paper with the hair on it to the testing lab? I tried to call AMHA today, but they are closed because of the weather. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

one goes back NOW with your sig and the other is sent to the lab with the hair samples. Im doing one right now. sending out tomorrow.
