quarantine facilities for shipping overseas

Are there any quarantine facilities in the northeast US?

Just started a post about the same topic. I am located south of Buffalo, New York and looking for a reputable quarantine/exporter in the North East Region. Every referral I've seen is in Texas or Oregon.

I don't think there are. Most seem to be down south. I looked around last year.

There is this one in Virginia--but I cannot tell you anything about them, and I don't know if they will take Miniatures? I know VA isn't exactly "northeast" but it might be closer than TX.

Joanne Ross, Scott Creek Miniatures. She dealt with our filly last year and was extremely helpful all the way through.
