Proposed Bylaw resolution for elections process

The Board of directors will be having a conference call in the near future to consider the bylaw resolution for mail in balloting of director seats.

If adopted this change will go into effect immediately and will be used in the upcoming fall elections of directors.

I urge everyone to contact their area directors and let them know your position on this change.
