Problems with Rob Carter - CLC

I haven't dealt with Rob but wouldn't hesitate to as I know he's well thought of here. I just wanted to say that earlier this year I ordered a show halter from the US. It was shipped out on June 2nd, and 6 weeks later I still didn't have it. Normally I get packages from anywhere in the US within 2 weeks. This one finally arrived about 6 weeks and 3 days after it was mailed (Priority mail too, not just regular mail). While most of the stuff I've ordered in the past couple years has come across the border without being opened, this parcel did get opened. I think Canada Customs chucked it into a corner for about 3 weeks before they got around to opening it.

So, if it can take over 6 weeks to get from North Carolina to Manitoba, I can well believe it may take well over 2 months to get from Washington to Germany!
