Went to an open mini show to practice for the Area II National show in Ashland, OH in june. The girls did very well, even though they got chunky because of all the rain and I havent been able to work them for like 3 weeks. Zephyr Woods Bermuda Triangle got Grand Chamion Mare and In the supreme halter class she was beat by an AMHR/ASPC gelding (he was very nice looking, LONG slender neck, Long legs) And my yearling filly got a 3rd in her halter class which was for 2 and under (11 in the class!) I think they should do pretty well at the rated show if I can only get them in shape. Stupid Rain

I wanted to go, for fun, but ended up going into work for a bit. How were the shetland numbers? I'm bringing a few shetlands to the Royal show...

Leeana, yes he was a black and white. He was very nice looking. I knew he was going to win. But do have to say im pretty sure it was between me and that gelding, cause the judge kept looking between the two a lot. LOL But I knew going in that he was going to win.
