Ok here they are!!

Shelly, they were just kept outside, not in horrible conditions. They just wernt brushed and shined like I like, not neglected. I have them in a separate pen and will not let the around my girls until the Vet checks them out.He will take good care of Shy, dont worry!

BTW Shelly, now we get to guess when Sandy is due, lol.

Dont know if she is in foal yet or not. Is she a sorrel?

I'll take a stab at the colors...

Ginger is sorrel (she does not appear to have the darker legs that a silver bay would have).

And, Sandy is a little tougher. Her dorsal is very obvious and dark, so definitely has dun; but what else she has isn't to easy. She looks to have smokey colored legs, so I'm leaning towards silver bay dun.

Here's my silver bay dun, that imitates palomino quite well (however, she tested homozygous black and no cream plus one agouti: EE,Aa,nn):

I was also thinking, I have them in the same pen. I hope if Sandy foals it will be ok, I may need to throw another pen up next to it for Ginger?

Yup, I am guessing sorrel and silver bay dun...I think she will foal after Bonny as she has no bag development at all yet, so Bonny in 2 weeks and Sandy in a month or 6 weeks. Any word on the urine test results yet? They are cute, Sandy has a very nice head! Congrats on getting them home safe and sound.

Can you post a pic of Bonny and a pic of Sandy together in the same post so we can see them side by side(not physically, just the pics!)

Thanks Lisa!

My goodness how these critters are addicting! I gave the new girls baths yesterday to wash away the old grunge, lol. They are shiny like a new penny.

I do have them separated, they can see but not touch. I agree good advice! I am going to keep Sandy in the 'foaling area' I have set up. I take her out to graze on the lead. Its been a good bonding time.I also have another small pen and have Ginger in that one also taking her out to graze, but she is closer to the other horses.

I am thinking she will be the first to go in the pasture as she not pg( or if she is you certainly cant tell yet) I will try to show you how excited Bonny is to see others her size around! She stretches her little neck as far as she can to try to meet Ginger.Yesterday they were parallel to the fence with Ginger parallel to hers and they were snoozing. So cute! Looking forward to the day they are all in the pasture together!

I am going to have the vet out as I want to have him US Ginger to see if she is in foal. And maybe he will have another go and peek in on Bonnys. I dont think we need to check Sandy as she is pretty obvious....Yesterday when grazing, I swore I saw a kick in the flank area.

I am going to start moving in dirt to the pasture to make our little hill for the horse stalls to be built on.
