Need to look up horse

Sold a stallion and have not be able to contact new owner. Have a foal by this horse and need to register it. Could someone look up and see if this person has put this horse in there name.

He hasn't been tranferred either ASPC or AMHR and he hasn't gone permenant AMHR either. If you filed a stallion report and owned him at the time the mare was bred you should have no problem with ASPC papers (that is if the foal is ASPC/AMHR and I know a lot of yours are) but with that stupid new rule the AMHR papers could be a real problem.
