Need Some Photo Editing

I have been busy taking some fall photos of my horses and I need someone to do some easy editing for me which for the life of me I can't get right 

I just need halters, leads and the occassional person to be removed. Also, on a couple a need some 'whitening' done on the fur since its too chilly to give baths around here!
