Need Mini Dentistry Tools & Dr. w/ Experience

My new vet, also new to minis needs mini floats, speculum,etc. Quality tools at reasonable prices. She also wants to speak to an experienced mini vet with dentistry experience or one that specializes in dentistry and knows the mini horse. She can ask treatment advice and equipment preferences.

I know there used to be a Dr. that specialized in equine dentistry but I cannot remember his name and I can't find the article I read about him. Information on anyone experienced would be of help. I can then let my vet know.
