I have looked at the harness from National Bridle and it appears to me to be a decent harness for the money. I too am in the market for a harness and have been shopping. One site you may want to check out is Rons Horse Harness.com. He has some really nice ones that are not too expensive.

You need to ask if made in USA, the India leather wont hold up.

Double T minis have nice ones.
