Some of it may be due to how he was treated and housed before you got him..... and now he has a new farm and new girls to claim- right in the middle of breeding season. Work on his manners so he knows from the beginning you wont tolerate misbehaving and I agree with the rest- give him time to settle in.
 
Looks from the video that he is stressed out by being alone. Maybe the new surroundings and lack of companionship are putting him on edge. He's missing his ladies.
 
This morning he was almost quiet when I put him out, he seems to be settling in nicely. As soon as one of the girls goes in heat he will get company.
