Alot of times you can find lawyers in your local phonebook that will give free consultations. If they don't list it by their name/picture, then you can always contact their office and ask. Good luck.
 
I agree, 99% of lawyers will give you a free consultation...if you are on the receiving end of a possible law suit...definately look into a lawyer. They are not actually as shady as they are painted...unless you are the one initiating a law suit that could have a hefty settlement!
 
It's not a lawsuit case. It's in regards to adopting a child.. More specific second parent adoption.

I have a list of a few lawyers to contact, but am seeking all opinions, advice.
