Looking for the date you think each will foal, sex of foal, color of foal, and pattern (appaloosa/pintaloosa/pinto/solid) you think the foal will be..
All girls are in foal to Sky, a black based near leopard overo-appaloosa with 2 blue eyes and bald face..
Average gestation of a miniature is 320 days, but can go as early as 290 days with a healthy foal..
Lexi, silver dapple pintaloosa, is first, 300 date is: April 2nd and 330 date is: May 2nd.. So far she has been throwing strictly pinto on all patterned stallions (pinto/appy/solid) with the exception of one foal who was a leopard by a solid black stallion (non-appy).. No foaling info on her except she lost her 2007 colt (pinto by pinto stallion) at 280-some days due to twisted umbilical..
Tango, black pinto w/one full blue and one partial blue eye, is next.. 300 day is April 8th, 330 is May 8th.. All foals to date (that we know of) are pinto (not sure what sires to those foals are, pinto or not) No foaling history on her either, she aborted a filly Thanksgiving 2006.. Right now she's huge, and starting to drop udder..
Sweet Tart, bay pinto, is third.. 300 due date is April 20th, 330 is May 20th.. She's one that we're not 100% sure if she's in foal or not, haven't felt/seen the foal move, but didn't see Chili move until a few weeks before foaling.. She has started to relax in the udder much more than she did last year, and she tucked up pretty tight after drying up from weaning, plus you can hear some major rumblings and sqooshes in her belly like you do a preggo mare.. will be her third foal if indeed bred, first was a solid bay filly and last year had a solid bay colt (Chili)
Daisy, solid black/bay, is fourth.. 300 day: May 13th, 330: June 13th.. Has foaled pinto and solids, but never crossed on an appy yet so Sky was her first.. She's the dam of Sweet Tart above.. Past two foals were solid bay with stars by solid black stallion.. Last year she foaled at 318 days..
Lacey, grulla varnish snowcap appaloosa, is last... 300 date is May 15th and 330 is June 15th.. She's our other 'not sure' mare, just not very big.. Has been 100% color producer thus far with appaloosa and pintaloosa foals.. We've foaled her out twice, first was a bay snowcap colt at 342 days and last year's black snowcap at 350 days by Sky..
