what color is the foal sire and dam?

Um sire is a gray and white tobiano * light light gray* and the dam is REgistered sorrel BUT in full size horses she would be a liver with flazen mane and tail, I dont get the mini colors at all, shes SO far from sorrel it isnt funny,

Baby is a Beautiful smokey gray color,
