Hi I was wondering if anyone went to the I-90 Sale today and got the results? I am interested in what these horses went for:

Numbers 58 and 75 are the two I'm wondering about. It took everything in me to not go but I made it, I lived too.

#53 was $300

#58 I didn't get the price, but I am pretty sure she was No Sale'd in the ring.

#75 was $400

We didn't plan to buy, but did come home with one that we are VERY, VERY happy with and what we consider the steal of the sale and still can't believe it........#4 LBF Sugar And Spice, a beautiful five year old sorrel pinto mare that has done it all with youth.....halter, showmanship, driving and she received her Hall of Fame in Country Pleasure Driving in 2004. There were a few other nice driving horses there that went WAY BELOW their value and/or were No Sale'd. It seemed pretty much buyers were looking for breeding stock, not driving or performance.

I noticed most of the shetlands in the sale went really, really cheap and I thought they all were super nice horses.

FORGOT TO SAY.......we spent almost as much during the tack sale as we did on the horse....they had lots of barn supplies, grooming supplies, and unfortunately even stuffed horses, teddy bears and Breyers. We bought a bunch of stuff including two youth saddles for our kids.

Marnie, I think #58 was the Boone's Little Button blue roan mare, is what I wrote down when I looked at their online catalog.

Russ is right, 58 was Boones Little Buttons. Pretty mare, great color!

OH, yes, you're right, she's one I'd written down but told Nate that I'll bet she'll be the high seller. Someone had said they'd no saled her. But I didn't go anyway as I don't need or want more horses and I just didn't want to be tempted. But thanks for the info, it's always good to know these things.
