Hardship Age question (AMHA)

I have a mare I want to hardship who was born in July and will turn 3 years old this year. Can I turn in her hardship application now to get the ball rolling for lining up a director etc. or do I need to wait until she is technically really 3 years old in July?

Hmmmm, dont know Susan. I have been conversing with Pam in the AMHA office... she does the hardship stuff and would probably be able to answer your question. That is a good question though!
