Hi! I am buying a 2007 VERY small colt (born 16"), Im looking for a trainer somewhere in Louisiana, or near by. With reasonable rates. Know anybody?

Have you joined a mini club in your area? If not, I recommend it. Members of the club will be sure to have names for you.

I think the AMHA and AMHR websites have local clubs listed.

Attend some shows and/or functions and you can network within your club.

Our local clubs (most notably the NWMHC) have been of great help to me in that respect.

I don't really know where I would have been without them.
