I would however like to ask why this personal transaction keeps getting smeared all over the forum. If I was either party I would be so angry :arg! This is not any of our business

And I am serious when I say that if I were you Shauna I would have called off the trade myself. You really have to try and put yourself in the other parties shoes. It's just not a good situation and to think of taking the lady to court over this is just ludicrous to me.

I am truly sorry about everything that has happened. Especially the loss of little Frosty

Now is the time to pick up the pieces and move on.

Sorry to hear your loss.But I agree with the theirs. I wouldn`t want to send some horses out to another farm.In worry that the vet or you missed something. And I sure would not wan to bring anything in my barn for the same reason.Also didn`t you loss some horses in the past for unknown reasons????
