Driving gates

so im new to the whole driving my mini thing...so I was wondering what are the differnt gates that my mini needs to know and where would be a good place to look that would say how you do each one! thanks

Is there a trainer near you that could help show you the ropes? The basic gaits are walk and trot with speed variations of each one along with Whoa and Back. Some of us canter our minis in the cart as well but I wouldn't try that until you've got enough experience to understand when it is and isn't a good idea and know exactly what you want to accomplish by it. A lot can go wrong at high speed.
