Colorado State University's Equine Reproduction Laboratory, one of the arguably most advanced repro center in the world, burned down the other day.

Thankfully nobody was injured. Not much details out there... I hope they can rebuild soon, even better than it was!

Oh NO! That's where my old vet from many years ago went and she was an awesome vet. Glad no one was injured!

So sad... I hadn't heard... Glad that no one was hurt.

Thanks for the other article, was informative. Spoke to one of my old coworkers there and she said they're devastated... they're in my constant thoughts.

Amazing that no one was hurt... but so sad for the loss! I hope they were heavily insured and can come back bigger and better than ever. Places like that are sorely needed!

CSU self insures... so not sure how it will work. I'm sure they'll rebuild, but also sure they'll be heavily dependent on donations, just as when it was built the first time not too long ago
