Ok I am not sure what she is shes a solid color mare and from what i can remember still could be LWO correct? will get him tested thanks.

There is always that chance, unless her parents were tested and negative. If she doesn't have a stitch of white on her, then you might not have to worry about testing, as she is likely negative. But, better safe than sorry, so if the colt might be used for breeding, test (but it can wait til he gets closer to breeding age, and give you time to decide on whether or not he'll be gelded).
 
I have a gelding who has absolutly no white and both his parrents and all othee offspring from the same pairing are all flashy pintos. so could still be
