Here is one that is quite simple yet delicious.

Pretzels-I use Snyders snaps. Rolos and pecans halves.

Take a cookie sheet lined with foil. Place pretzel down then place rolo on pretzel. Put in oven for 5 minutes on 300 degrees. Remove from oven press pecan halve onto rolo, cool.(I have good luck putting them in the frezer for a bit before taking them off the foil. Yummmmmmmmmmy!

Here's my favorite EASY one:

Peanut Butter Balls:

1 -18 oz jar of peanut butter (creamy works best)

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

2 cups chocolate chips

Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar together. Form into about 1" balls. Set the balls in the freezer for about 1/2 hour. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler (I have done it in the microwave just fine). Once the balls are chilled, dip them in chocolate.

choclate Torte. You can actually use any flavor pudding you want. This is my kids and friends fav

CRUST:

1 - cup chopped pecans or english walnuts

1 - cup flour

1 - stick melted margarine

Mix flour and margarine. Add in nuts. Pat in a 9 x 13 pan (bottom only). Do not grease pan! Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until light brown. Let cool completely.

FILLING:

1 - 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1 - cup powdered suger

1 - 12 oz. carton of Cool Whip - thawed

Mix sugar and cream cheese with mixer, blend in carton of cool whip by hand. Spread evenly on top of cooled crust.

TOPPING:

2 - 4 oz. packages of chocolate instant pudding mix

Fix according to package directions. Pour pudding on top of filling mixture. Set up in refrigertor for 24 hours. This is best made the night before. You can use any flavor pudding with this.

Christmas Ribbon Salad

Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2-1/2 cups boiling water. Pour 1-1/2 cups gelatin in 6 cup ring mold.

Chill until set but not firm, about 30 minutes. Chill remaining gelatin in bowl until slightly thickened;gradually blend in 1/3 cup sour cream. Spoon over gelatin in mold. Chill until set but not firm, about 15 minutes. Repeat with lime gelatin. Chill at least 2 hours. Unmold.
