Have you ever read a story and fallen in 'fictional love' with one of the characters? If so, who and why?

For me, it would have to be Dimitri from Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy series. I absolutely loved him. He was sweet, protective, and I loved his jealousy issues (it wasn't the scary crazy kind but enough to show he cared).

Ohhh yes! Aragorn from the Lord of the Rings. Even before the movies, while reading the books back in the 1970's, I totally fell for him.
